Mixware is proud to announce its appointment as exclusive US distributor of Mixars, makers of the Duo, the first full-featured Official Serato mixer on the market under $1,000.

Mixars is a new brand founded by the RCF Group, which includes DB-Technologies. As a leader in the field of design and manufacture of professional and commercial audio products and systems, Mixars is a natural extension of this range. The new brand will focus on developing a premium range of DJ equipment, pushing the boundaries of design, materials, and production processes.

The first Mixars products will be available in the US starting in April, and will include DUO ($999.99), the official Serato mixer, LTA ($599.99) straight-arm turntable, STA ($599.99) S-arm turntable, and CUT ($249.99) battle mixer with Innofader.

The Mixars Duo is a 2-channel DJ mixer including Serato DJ DVS Enabled and includes a pair of Serato control records. It includes an Innofader Mini crossfader, 8 RGB rubber performance pads for control of Cues and Samples, control for Serato DJ FX, 24/96 audio interface, and a USB hub to power other devices and controllers. “The DUO brings amazing value to the table. This is the first official Serato mixer, including Serato DJ with DVS under $1, 000,” said Laurent Cohen of Mixware. “This is just the first of many cool and unique products. We expect Mixars to break out in a big way this year.”

LTA-500The LTA (straight-arm) and STA (S-arm) super high torque, direct drive turntables combine classic features with modern connectivity. They feature dual outputs to connect two mixers at the same time. This unique feature is ideal for DJ groups or team battle routines, to have two DJs use the same turntable with two different mixers.

The CUT is the perfect affordable mixer for beginners and pros alike, featuring an Innofader Mini crossfader, curve and reverse adjustments, DVS inputs and outputs to connect sound cards without unplugging the turntables, balanced XLR outputs, combo mic, cue mix, and all the features DJ’s need to mix comfortably.
